Alessandro has 20-year experience in Brazilian and international infrastructure concessions, mainly toll road, airport & port projects. He has a strong corporate finance knowledge and excellent global relationship with Banks, Assets, Pension Funds, BNDES and Investors. His major achievements include winning infrastructure public bids and M&A, several capital markets transactions, including the implementation of OHL Brasil IPO, structuring short and long-term financing, and organizing the Investor Relations Department for listed companies.
Alessandro holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, Brazil.
Linomar has a solid 36 years experience in road infrastructure management and business administration. He has served in five road concessionaires and other industry segments as member of the Board of Directors, CEO and Director. He is a main asset in strategic planning, business development and contract management, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Linomar holds an MBA Degree from the Ohio University and São Paulo University and has taken several postgraduate courses in management, leadership and public policies in Harvard, MIT, IESE and Stanford.
Guillermo is a prestigious Mexican lawyer that has served, for more than 45 years, as General Legal Counsel and member of the Board of Directors of more than 70 companies such as Grupo Gomez Flores, DuPont Mexico, OHL or Aleatica. He participated in the privatization processes of Grupo Minsa, Banca Crémi, Grupo Dina and was Chief Executive Corporate Officer of the Country Group, Ciencia in Chicago, in charge of operations in USA, Mexico and Latin America. In 2010 he set up his own office, working in association with boutique firms, providing services in all legal areas.

Javier has 18 years of experience in transport infrastructure PPP’s, he has served as Head of Peru Business Development for OHL Concesiones and Aleatica. He has a deep knowledge of Peru’s infrastructure market, having lived in the country for a 10-year period, where he led the companys’ participation in public tenders, developed private initiatives, and acted as investment controller. Prior to his work in OHL Concesiones he held management positions in different companies linked to rail infrastructure.

Julián has outstanding experience in public commerce organisms across Colombia and an ample network in the local and regional governments of the country. He is the President of the CNG (Colombia’s National Trade and Business Association) and President of both the Colombian Confederation of Chambers of Commerce (Confecámaras) since 2010, and the Iberoamerican Commerce Chambers Association since 2016. He previously was the President of the Cali Chamber of Commerce, President of the Cali Stock Exchange and partner at the Law firm Caicedos Holguines Abogados & Compañía.

Hermengildo will be responsible for project generation in Brazil. He is an experienced executive in M&A and President and Senior Partner of the Spanish Society of International Business (SENI), which has a broad scope in Brazil’s infrastructure market. He has been key in the structuring and acquisition of nine highway concessions in the State of São Paulo. He is also a partner in concessions in transport and sanitation in the states of Para, São Paulo and Minas Gerais.

Marta will be responsible for project viability in line with her area of expertise and its consequent implementation. She has 30-year work experience in social and environmental sustainability, community development and cultural studies. She worked for OHL Concesiones for 12 years as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to her work in infrastructure concessions, she held management positions in the Mexican Public Administration.

Javier Echavarri spent 20 years as an investment banker focused on M&A and capital raising for infrastructure and energy companies.
He most recently served as Managing Director at UBS responsible for covering the infrastructure and the energy sector based in Madrid. He led the origination and execution of numerous landmark transactions on toll roads, airports, ports, renewables and energy companies for Spanish and international clients.
Prior to UBS, he worked at Deutsche Bank on the M&A department based in Madrid focusing on transport infrastructure and utilities. He also worked at Credit Suisse investment banking on the Transport and Infrastructure team in London.
Javier holds a degree in economics and business management from the Universidad de Navarra and an International Master of Business Administration from Booth School at University of Chicago.
Over the past 20 years, Juan Osuna has led the development of OHL Concesiones since the company’s inception until its final sale to IFM Investors. During this period, the overall investment of €1 bn returned €4.5 bn., with an average IRR of 18 % and an average 8 year life cycle of the assets within the holding company.
He has been responsible for multiple M&A transactions, being among the most important, the IPO of OHL Brazil in 2005, the IPO of OHL México in 2010, two follow on and two public offering for OHL México in 2012 and 2018. Juan led the acquisition of seven concession companies, the sale of OHL Brazil to Abertis in 2012 for €1.5 bn, the sale of OHL Concessions to IFM in 2018 for €2.6 bn, as well as the sale of many other assets in Spain, Mexico and Chile to different Funds.
As CEO of the company, he has been responsible for the O&M of brownfield concessions, the most important being a 3,300 km road network in Brazil with over six thousand people employed. He was responsible for the development of greenfield concessions in Chile, Peru, Mexico and Spain, which includes a €2.5 bn investment for a road network surrounding Mexico City.
Juan holds a Civil Engineer degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, an MS from the UWM Milwaukee and an MBA from ICADE Madrid.
Juan is an entrepreneur expert and proven connoisseur of the Latin American infrastructure market. He has served as President of the Ibero-American Chambers of Commerce Association–AICO, Madrid Chamber of Commerce and he led the Executive Committee of IFEMA (Madrid Fair Institution). Juan has been a member of OHL and OHL Concesiones Board and served as President of the Board of OHL Concesiones Colombia between the years 2011 and 2018.
He is currently a member of the Coordinating Group of the Spanish Biomass Technology Platform (BIOPLAT).
Miguel is a civil engineer with more than 50 years of experience as a professional in the construction sector. From 1996 to 2017, he was Director of International Development in the ACS Group, with a special dedication to the activities of the Group in Latin America. Between 1990 and 1995, he served as CEO of the construction company SATO. In the 80s, he worked as site General Manager of the JV for the turnkey construction of the Medellín Metro project in Colombia.
Miguel is currently dedicated to counsel and teaching.
José Luis is a prominent economist with outstanding experience in corporate governance. He was President of Ernst &Young Board of Directors for 15 years, between 1983 and 1998. He has been Independent Director in Jazztel, PLC Board; and Independent Director and President of the Audit Committee in the boards of AEGON Seguros and OHL. In the 1994 –2000 period, he led the Spanish Auditor Economists Register (REA). Currently he is CEO and founder of the company Renta Inmobiliaria Punta Cana.

Francisco is a prestigious Civil Engineer who has dedicated his professional career to road infrastructure, assuming relevant responsibilities in both Public Administration and private toll road concessionaires. As an independent road expert advisor, he has worked mainly for Latin American countries. He has been Technical General Director of the National Motorways Company, General Director of Highways for the Spanish Public Works Ministry and head of the CEDEX Road Infrastructure Laboratory.
He is an honorary member of PIARC, permanent member of its Governing Council and currently works in its Road Assets Committee
